Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We extend the Australian Consumer rights 14-day cooling-off period to 30 days from the day you receive the order according to the Australia Post tracking time stamp.

Please be aware that in any case refunds are only processed the day the goods are returned to us unused and in their original packaging.

In the months of November and December, we extend the period until January 31st the next year so that Christmas presents can be returned/exchanged.

Some products (e.g face masks) are not allowed to be returned by law.
These exceptions will be clearly outlined in the product description.

We accept a return of such products and issue product price refunds only if the product has not been delivered yet.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please use the address 711 Ilkley Road, Tanawha Qld 4556 for returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form or best replying to our original order confirmation email.

Sale items

Only the actual amount of the purchase can be refunded. So if a product was temporary on sale, the actual price on your order will be refunded.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items if they are unused. Simply get in contact with us using our original order confirmation email or our contact form to organise the exchange. Exchanges are posted as soon as we receive the returned item.

Gifts

We accept returns with refunds or exchanges if you received the product as a gift so long as we can match the person gifting it to an actual order in the system.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to 711 Ilkley Road, Tanawha QLD 4556.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
